We are an independent salon based in Wimbledon Park. Our aim is to deliver high quality hair in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for new clients and our long standing clientele alike, We use a range of certified organic, natural and vegan society approved products & ingredients which are ethically sourced and sustainable.

With a team that have over 40 years experience between us, we still have passion for keeping up to date with emerging trends, and are regular presenters at the ‘Natulique Colour Innovation Awards’.

Salon Update

Please read in full. We know its a lot, but we just want to make sure you're fully informed before your next visit with us.

Please call to rearrange for any of the following
•If you have been diagnosed with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks.
•If you have shown symptoms of COVID-19 or have come into close contact with anyone exhibiting these symptoms in the past 2 weeks
•if you have a cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell
•If you have travelled back from a country that requires you to quarantine for 2 weeks.
•You will not be charged a late cancellation fee for any of the above IF you cancel before your appointment & we trust that clients will be 100% honest with us.
•You will not be able to be in salon for your rescheduled appointment for a further 2 weeks.


•Please arrive at you appointment time, the salon door wil be locked, your stylist will greet you and let you in at your allotted time. We currently have no waiting area so please come alone, no friends, partners, children or dogs, and avoid bringing large bags and coats where possible
•Please arrive wearing a mask, as you will be required to wear a mask to enter the salon. We believe this is best right now, we will review once we’ve been open a few weeks,
•Upon entry please use the hand sanitiser station, this is operated by a foot pump, you may also use the guest bathroom to wash & dry your hands. Your stylist will then take you to your freshly sanitised chair, where you will be given a clean gown and disposable towel.
•Staff will be wearing full face visors & disposable aprons
•Hand sanitiser available throughout the salon
•We are unable to provide magazines or hot drinks, but water in disposable cups will be available and you are welcome to bring your own reading material. Please take this with you when you leave
•No consumption of food allowed in salon.
•Your bill will be taken at your chair. We will not be accepting cheques.
•Guest bathroom available with disposable gloves if you wish to use them, door handles will be regularly cleaned
•No dry cuts, fringe trims or complimentary blast dries available. If you do not wish to have a full blowdry your stylist will towel dry and comb your hair through.
•Please follow salon rules to keep yourself, your stylist and those around you safe


•Please arrive on time, if you are late we may have to ask you to reschedule and you may incur a 50% late cancellation charge.
•Where possible, and if we are able to reduce your service to fit you in we will do so, but please be aware you will be charged the full service price.
•No shows will have to pay the 50% late cancellation charge, and will be required to pay 100% deposit to secure the appointment
•Please note to avoid cancellation charge we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment.
•We do not take these decisions lightly, but all of the above are detrimental to our business, even more so coming out of lockdown.


•There will be a PPE surcharge of £3.50 per client, NOT per services. This is not about the cost of a mask, this is to help go towards the extra cost we have incurred to get the salon back up and running and the extra time required between appointments to clean down, to help insure your safety
•Just a reminder that there was a small increase on some services as of 01/04/20. Full prices available on our website.
•Prices reviewed every 6 months
•All promotional offers are currently suspended

We know this can feel like a strange time, and things may look and feel different in the salon, but we will make every effort to ensure you enjoy the same relaxed, friendly environment during this 'New Normal'.
